This was a 2007 catalog model that was remade in 2013 in very limited numbers, 48 production models plus 1 Sample/Prototype, that I know of. Compare this with the 2014 EC-1000VB with Duncans, the EC-1000FM Amber Sunburst or the EC-1000S This model has an Ebony fingerboard but other than that they all have the same specs the only difference is the finish, well and the price.
