This ESP LTD X-Tone SB-1 Black Paramount is a sample/preproduction guitar. ESP makes the samples to test out various colors, finishes and to show to dealers prior to the actual model being built. They take them to shows like NAMM and start taking preorders for the new years model. Not all Sample/Prototype models actually make it to production.

I did not notice any flaws in the finish. The guitar is from about 2002-2004.

This was sold to a customer who could not keep it due to financial reasons and had it only for a few days with almost no play time.
