Where is your shipping department located?

Our main shipping warehouse is located in Southern California, though not all items are shipped from there. If you are unsure of your item's shipping location, feel free to contact us.

Do you have a store front?

We don't actually have a retail store front, but you are welcome to stop by at our office/warehouse to place or pick up your order. We just ask you to make an appointment with us before showing up so we are expecting you.

Can I order an item for will call or pickup?

Do you ship to foreign countries?

Our foreign shipping ability depends on the item on order. Please contact us to verify if we can ship to your country.

What shipping services do you use?

We usually use FedEx and USPS for our shipments. Items with free shipping are typically sent via standard ground.

 

Ordering

 

Can I pay with a foreign credit card?

Unfortunately, any order over $150.00 going to a foreign country must be paid via bank wire transfer. Contact us for transfer details.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. We can accept orders via telephone, email, snail mail, and online through our website. Typically, the online orders are processed faster.

Item shows as back ordered. When will my order be filled?

Every category of item has a different back order process. Back orders typically take one week, though we are often at the mercy of the manufacturer's production and may experience lengthy back orders depending on the item. Contact us for specific back order questions.

Do you have stock on the item __________?

Occasionally our system's inventory can be a few units off. If there is ever any question or if you have a time sensitive need, please contact us.

How long do orders take to process?

Orders that are not on back order take 3-5 business days to process, though typically we are able to process and ship out orders in less than 3 days.

I am getting too many search results! How can I narrow it down?

Searching by the model name or manufacturer number helps narrow down large searches. These are sometimes available on the manufacturer website. If you're still having difficulty feel free to contact us!

What is a demo unit / "B-stock" / open box?

Our demo units are items that have been placed on display. There isn't any wear on these units.
"B-Stock" items are sent to us from the manufacturer as "seconds" or units with blemishes. Rarely we will receive electronics that are refurbished from the manufacturer.
Open box items are units that have been removed from the box for photo or first time look purposes. These items are in flawless condition.

What are "B-Stock" guitars?

Our B-Stock guitars are units that the manufacturer sends out with a blemish. The guitars never have less than perfect tone quality, but may have (very minor!) blemishes on the finish. After careful inspection, if we find anything at all, we document the blemish with a high resolution photo and will include it on the item description and also have it available on request.
