This Guitar is a factory 2nd, most ESP LTD 2nds are in fine shape. ESP has a 15 point inspection check list that all guitars must pass, this one didnt pass. The guitar is stamped with a #2 on the back of the headstock. The guitar has a 90 day warrantly instead of the normal warranty. Additional problems may be there but just unnoticed by me. The electronics work and nothing will effect the playability of the guitar. They are just minor cosmetic flaws in the finish.
